Charlie Chen was born into an ordinary family and has worked as a laborer and a background actor. He has focused on issues such as anti-drug, city diplomacy, and national security in recent years. He hopes the voices of ordinary people will be heard and that society will “act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly.”
